Asim Kohli is an experienced State Certified appraiser with 20 years of experience in the valuation of residential real estate. He has handled thousands of appraisal assignments over the past two decades as the owner of an appraisal company which gives him a complete understanding of both the independent fee appraiser as well as the lender/client. He understands how to better serve the independent fee appraiser community as well as the lender community with competitive fees, better communication as well as a professional review process. Let’s face it most appraisal management companies do not understand the day to day obligations on both sides of the equation. Rather they only seek the cheapest alternative to choosing an appraiser for a typical assignment without taking into consideration local area expertise and/or the quality of the completed product. He has cofounded Appraisers First to better serve the appraiser as well as the lender community.

Enzo Monte has found success in nearly every avenue of the real estate industry.
He owned and operated an FDIC Insured Bank, owned and managed one of the largest title companies on the east coast as well as owning and operating the one and only Branch of Cardinal Financial in the state of Maryland.
Enzo brings this knowledge and expertise to every facet of the deal and every investor he encounters. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.

Ian Casale has been in the real estate industry since 2012. After having a successful career in the flipping and rental business he transitioned into private lending.
Throughout his career he has successfully carried countless across
the U.S as well as multi nationally from inception to completion.

Sharon brings a vast knowledge of experience to our firm having spent over 30 years in both Human Resources and Office Management. Her career has consisted of working alongside many executive teams in both large and small organizations and assisting them in streamlining procedures as well as goal setting for anticipated growth. Sharon is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She also possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.
With over eight years of virtual assistance experience, Danice excels in administrative coordination, calendar management, and client relations. Skilled in project management and process optimization, she helps streamline workflows while providing outstanding support to executive leadership.
Outside of work, Danice is a certified foodie who also loves music, animals, and exploring beaches.

Janice is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, known for her market expertise, client service, and attention to detail. Now serving as a head appraisal processor, she leverages her deep knowledge of property values, transactions, and industry standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency in every report. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, music, beach days, and hiking with her boys and dog.

Leah is a seasoned account executive and client success manager with over 10 years of growing small businesses. She has demonstrated sound expertise in business development with a focus on strategic planning, business analysis, and has experience selling within the Federal cleared space. Leah is a formidable saleswoman and an energetic leader in appraisal sales.

Darell is stepping into his first role as a Processor, bringing over six years of experience in customer service and property management. Known for his efficiency, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, he is committed to ensuring accuracy and supporting a smooth appraisal process. Passionate about continuous growth, Darell is eager to apply his skills in this new role while delivering excellent support to clients and the team. Outside of work, he enjoys music and traveling, which fuel his creativity and broaden his perspective.

Kareem brings 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a passion for helping businesses grow through education and innovative strategies. He strives to make every interaction both insightful and engaging, empowering clients to elevate their business with confidence.
Outside of work, Kareem enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new places. He’s also a proud German Shepherd owner and an avid Liverpool fan.
