He has handled thousands of appraisal assignments over the past two decades as the owner of an appraisal company which gives him a complete understanding of both the independent fee appraiser as well as the lender/client. He understands how to better serve the independent fee appraiser community as well as the lender community with competitive fees, better communication as well as a professional review process. Let’s face it most appraisal management companies do not understand the day to day obligations on both sides of the equation. Rather they only seek the cheapest alternative to choosing an appraiser for a typical assignment without taking into consideration local area expertise and/or the quality of the completed product.
